Anne Marie Berså is Partnership Lead at ReDI School Denmark, a non-profit, privately funded organisation that provides free, quality education within Cyber Security, Data & Cloud, AI, and Frontend Development to women and non-binary individuals with refugee and migrant backgrounds. Dedicated to breaking down bias and systemic barriers and opening doors to industry collaborations, career opportunities, and professional communities, she and the rest of the team at ReDI School Denmark have added almost 500 diverse and highly skilled tech-talents to the Danish workforce in 2024, and expect to do the same in 2025.
