Rune Boye Knudsen is the CEO and co-founder of Moxso, a Danish cybersecurity company redefining human risk management. Moxso’s Adaptive Human Security platform replaces traditional awareness training with adaptive interventions that respond to real behavior and emerging risk in real time, helping organisations move beyond compliance toward actually reducing risk. Under Rune’s leadership, Moxso raised €4.7 million in 2025 to expand across Europe and now has a team of around 70 employees.
