Biografi
Jan Johannsen joined Check Point in 2006 but has been working with many aspects of IT-security since 1997. Working from both customer-, reseller-, distributor- and vendor side gives him a broad scope of experience for various aspects of the industry.
As an IT-security consultant he was also very deep into large IDS/IPS projects, SOX Section 404 certifications, risk analysis and ISO 27000 projects.
He has also been involved with projects for most major Nordic companies within the telecommunication-, broadcasting-, car manufacturing-, shipping business-, airline-, financial- and pharmaceutical industry.
Managing a Nordic SE team of 40 engineers, gives him a deep insight into the cyber challenges of a modern IT-dependent organization.
For the past couple of years Jan has been involved with what is defined as “Generation V” cyber-threats and IT migrations to public cloud – some of the major challenges of IT-organizations as of today.
