In this presentation, Dr. Önder and Dr. Gehring present a practical example of how a commercial fiber line is quantum-secured by combining Quantum Key Distribution with classical encryption and physical layer monitoring. Using GlobalConnect's network and Celare Quantum's QKD equipment, they present how quantum-generated keys are integrated into existing network architectures while maintaining operational scalability.
