Danish Agency for Digital Government and the Danish Business Authority have established a new National Cybersecurity Coordination Center (NCC) to strengthen the Danish cybersecurity sector by promoting closer cooperation and making it easier to find funding for innovative cybersecurity projects. DigitalLead and CenSec - Center for Defence, Space & Security have been selected as operators for the NCC and will implement a series of initiatives until the end of 2025, aimed at improving the cybersecurity sector. The kick-off conference will introduce the cyber ecosystem to the NCC, and inform about the opportunities in the professional network and funding pools for 2024. KICK-OFF: NEW NATIONAL COORDINATION CENTER FOR THOSE WORKING ON INNOVATIVE CYBERSECURITY PROJECTS Danish Agency for Digital Government and Danish Business Authority have appointed DigitalLead and CenSec - Center for Defence, Space & Security as operators for a new National Cybersecurity Coordination Center (NCC-DK, Danish Cybersecurity Coordination Centre) and will work together with the Digitalisation Agency and the Danish Business Authority to ensure more knowledge and experience exchange among cybersecurity actors. NCC is behind an upcoming nationwide professional network for cybersecurity actors and funding pools totaling 17.3 million Danish kroner for innovative projects in 2024 and 2025, which will strengthen cybersecurity in Denmark.
