“The first move matters: Successful Incident handling to avoid a crisis”
No matter how much AI your organization uses, in the first moments after an incident teams must make decisions with limited information, incomplete visibility and growing pressure from the business (and customer). The challenge is not only technical. It is about knowing what evidence matters, what questions to ask and which common mistakes turn a manageable incident into a larger crisis. Security teams need to think beyond containment and recovery. They must also understand how business risk, operational realities and regulatory obligations come into play to make the RIGHT decisions.
