Hesam Nourooz Pour (PhD) has over a decade of professional experience in Iran’s internet governance institutions and has also served as a policy analyst and trust and safety expert with major technology companies. His work focuses on platform governance in the Global South, with particular attention to digital authoritarian regimes and state-led models of online control.
