Centrally oriented computing solutions for the maritime sector are unfeasible, as the maritime sector consist of a large, loosely related set of companies, that are organised around national authorities and central internation organisations.

Here, we discuss how a solution with decentral authentication of roles, using cryptographic proofs to ensure relations defined by a domain-specific language. This is a way to mitigate the fragmentation in the maritime sector and establish trusted relations.
