On May 6th, Jens Fossum (Sales guy), Vivek Krishna (Supply Chain) Irene Kvalheim all went to Larvik for Nasta AS long awaited Go-Live.   Here is Irene Kvalheim report of the day: In short - it was a fairly calm day with a few issues (either sorted or in progress to be sorted) some confusion and many happy faces😊 Nasta AS is a Norwegian general importer of construction machinery from Hitachi (Japan) and Bell (South Africa), as well as a dealer of Hamm construction rollers. In addition to these main products, the company trades Weber compaction equipment, Esco digger tines, MSB hammers, Fast Fuel diesel filling systems, Engcon, Indexator, SMP and Steelwrist, grippers from Gripen to name quite a few. In short - lots of big and heavy machines!   The very short summary of the project is that Columbus has assisted Nasta in their move from Microsoft AX2012 (OnPrem) to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain Management and Field Service. The main component in the system is a solution from Annata. Annata handles the processes that plan the preparation and completion of the various machines and their post-delivery follow-up. Field Service and Mobile Mechanic are important pieces in streamlining the day-to-day work for Nasta's work force.   Nasta will continue to use ExFlow for invoices (AP) and has selected LaserNet for documents (including sending invoices). Power Platform has been used to create apps for customer & vendor creation, document handling and a sales app has also been created. Our Data & AI team also created a report and made data available.   And last but not least, a LOT of data has been migrated - some less willing than others.   Huge thanks to all that have been involved. Devold tar steget til nye høyder nå med Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations som sin nye ERP løsning. Med dette legges grunnlaget for videre satsning på bærekraftig vekst. Columbus har levert prosjektet, som har løftet Devold sin systemløsning fra AX 2012 til Dynamics 365. - Prosjektet har pågått i overkant av et år og er gjennomført på tid, med avtalt kvalitet og under kost. Suksessfaktoren er tett og godt samarbeid mellom ressurser fra @Columbus og @Devold, hvor @Sopra Steria har hatt prosjektledelsen for oss som kunde, sier administrerende direktør Øystein Vikingsen Fauske i Devold of Norway. Leveransen er gjort på en kostnadseffektiv måte av Columbus sitt globale leveranseteam med ressurser fra syv land og to kontinenter, og følgende har vært sentralt i prosjektets scope. ✅ Modulene i D365FO for produksjonsstyring, logistikk, salg, innkjøp, retail og finans ✅ Integrasjoner med Autostore, webshop, transportløsninger med flere ✅ Oppgradering av alle Devold’s butikker til nye kasser på Dynamics 365 Commerce ✅ Oppbygning av nytt datavarehus som gir grunnlag for bedre styring og løpende beslutningsgrunnlag   - Ny plattform muliggjør mer rasjonell drift, sporbarhet i alle ledd og er et fundament for videreutvikling. One of Tommy Petersen's key takeaways at the Gartner IAM Summit in March was the importance of aligning IAM strategies with overarching business goals and objectives.   “We need to start focusing more on benchmarking IAM value to the business and measure outcomes.
