Skatteverket (The Swedish Tax Agency) is a central part of the government and must therefore meet the highest standards to be able to earn the trust of the Swedish citizens. Daniel will talk about some of the actions taken that has involved removing cloud services, moving to other cloud services, making SaaS-providers move to other IaaS-providers and challenging the market to provide better cloud services. The talk will also showcase the power in public sector collaboration.
